Go to settings under reminder and sales
Enable auto-assign option
This allows you instantly assign new leads to sales or reminder executives.
Once a lead is assigned to some executive the lead will be associated to that contact only until the admin reassigns so they build a great relationship
You can also exclude auto assignment for executives.

This was we got 94 contacts who are very relevant for us but maybe were never able to attend the webinar because on XYZ reasons.
